Design

Product Development

The product development team works very closely with each designer to carry out the conceptual development of the design. During the product development stage, we also take extra consideration for the uniform’s continuity, durability and functionality requirements.

We have  strong manufacturing capabilities, state-of-the-art factory production facilities and streamlined manufacturing processes to produce garments with a high standard of quality. Fitting and Tailoring

Every customer has their own unique fit requirements. Our team is the expert to provide the best fit for your staff. We have in house specialized  tailors to provide fitting services either at customer locations or at our office based on the needs of each individual customer. Utilizing the fitting data,  our specialized tailors will determine whether the staff requires a tailor made uniform or if alterations from the standard size of the uniform program can achieve the best fit for them.

Inventory Management

SFA has extensive experience with forecasting and replenishment planning for complex, small to large customer uniform programs. We work closely with customers to collect  their inputs and requirements periodically. Based on this information we constantly compare the current demand with forecasts and anticipate the manufacturing lead times of particular items. We then alert the Production Planner as to when and how much of an item should be ordered. Utilizing our experience in the uniform industry we can provide the optimal inventory management plan to ensure efficiency and surpass customer expectations.

SFA has partnered with a garment manufacturer based in China which has over 20 years of experience manufacturing uniforms internationally. Aside from passing  The Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) audit,  they are fully committed to providing SFA with the flexibility and necessary resources to provide inventory warehousing and distribution management.

At SFA, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction. For every one of our customers we have a team of people making sure you remain a satisfied SFA customer. We have dedicated Account Managers with support from a behind-the-scenes team of specialists. The Account Manager will be your primary day-to-day contact who handles all aspects of your program and manages resources within SFA to support your needs.
